Hello! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over twenty years experience working with youth and their parents/guardians/families. I engage in many counselling modalities chosen to suit the individual client. Some include, but not limited to, person-centred, Emotion Focused, Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Above all I strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment. Everyone needs the support of others sometimes. It's time to reduce stigma around our mental health. Let's work together to eliminate shame and guilt and make the changes we desire.

It takes courage to reach out. Even one small step can create positive growth!
